There are three production methods of Ferrophosphorus: converter method and blast furnace method.

- Smelting. Add the prepared raw materials to the electric furnace and increase the temperature to above 1400 degrees Celsius to reduce the phosphorus in the phosphate rock and synthesize it with iron to form phosphorus iron
- Refining and releasing. After sufficient smelting and removal of impurities and gases, phosphorus iron can be obtained
